Senior partners were spending their evenings drafting decks and writing first-pass research summaries instead of in front of clients. Hiring two more seniors would have wiped the year''s margin.
What we built
- An internal drafting system trained on the firm''s house voice and prior decks
- A research layer over their case archive and CRM
- Inbound triage that prepped each partner''s inbox before 8am
- A quarterly review cadence with the firm''s COO
How it changed the week
The firm did not have a sales problem. It had a senior-capacity problem. Every new client created more drafting, more synthesis, and more internal coordination before a partner could do the work only they could do. We built around the firm''s existing archive — the system did not try to replace partner judgment, it prepared the work so partners could review, shape, and approve faster.
Junior support helped with volume, but it did not solve the judgment layer. The constraint was clear: the team needed first drafts, research context, and inbox preparation to happen before partners opened their laptops.
