Why we built this
A note
from the founder.
I started Smarterflo because the AI conversation kept drifting past the businesses I care about most: small teams doing real work, with owners who are already carrying too much of the operation in their head.
Most of those owners do not need another dashboard, another noisy tool, or a vendor who disappears after the invoice clears. They need someone to sit close enough to understand the work, build the right system, and stay nearby while the team learns to trust it.
That is the practice. Serious implementation, plain language, honest constraints, and systems that make a small business feel less held together by memory and midnight.

If something we built is not working, we say so. If a project is not a fit, we will tell you that too.
About the founder
Behind the work.
Smarterflo is led by Yasmine Seidu, a builder and systems thinker focused on the operating layer of small businesses: how work arrives, where it stalls, who owns the next move, and what should happen without another person chasing it.
Her work sits between consulting, implementation, and product design. She helps owners translate messy day-to-day operations into workflows, interfaces, and automations their teams can understand and keep using.
The practice is intentionally close-contact. Discovery is led by the person who will shape the system. Launch includes training. After launch, the team does not get left alone with a brittle tool and a folder full of notes.
