To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smarterflo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Any service-specific liability limits are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

You agree to defend and hold Smarterflo harmless from claims arising from unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of materials provided by Smarterflo.

Smarterflo may suspend or terminate access to the website or any client-accessible system for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or breach. Engagement termination rights are governed by the applicable agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws specified in the applicable signed agreement. If no agreement applies, counsel should confirm the governing law before publication.
