You may not use Smarterflo services to violate applicable law, regulation, contractual duty, privacy right, intellectual-property right, or other third-party right.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, probing, scanning, credential misuse, or security testing.
• Do not introduce malware, spam, phishing, harmful code, or disruptive traffic.
• Do not interfere with service availability, monitoring, logging, or abuse-prevention systems.

Do not upload, process, or request processing of data unless you have the right to use it. Do not use Smarterflo systems to collect sensitive information without appropriate notices, consents, contracts, and safeguards.

• Do not use AI systems to mislead people, impersonate others, or hide material automation.
• Do not use outputs as professional advice without qualified review where review is required.
• Do not use automated systems for discriminatory, deceptive, or unsafe decisions.

You may not use Smarterflo services for content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, or designed to facilitate harm.

Smarterflo may suspend access, remove content, decline work, or terminate an engagement when use violates this policy or creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.
